Refund policy

At Signature Curlz Studio, all sales are final for custom units, wigs, and hair extensions. Due to the hygiene and safety nature of our products, we cannot accept any used or opened items under any circumstances.

Exceptions:
    •If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can review and assist with a resolution.
    •Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Klarna Purchases:
In compliance with Klarna requirements, customers who purchase through Klarna are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons. Refunds will be credited back to the original Klarna payment method.
